Cimplex NC Verification (NCV) is a graphical NC verification product forvisual verification of an NC program before it is released to the shopfloor. With NCV, users can create stock models within NCV; import part,stock, and fixture models using SLA format; simulate in up to four views;display NC program information continuously; identify erroneous cuts;compare as-designed part with as-machined; and simulate two-axis to five-axis programs using standard APT and CL file input. In addition totrapping errors and fine tuning NC programs, Cimplex NCV is an excellenttraining aid for new NC programmers.
